Young people can't be what they can't see.
Relatable role models show young people first-hand what they can become and what ‘someone like me’ can achieve. They challenge stereotypes, raise aspirations, and help to unlock potential.
Schools have a great untapped resource: alumni – individuals who once studied with you, and have now gone on into multiple industries, and sectors, and taken a wide range of career paths. They can be a valuable and important part of career guidance.
Join us during National School Alumni Week for a series of online workshops full of practical advice, top tips and ideas to help you amplify your alumni network to improve your careers provision, meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and boost social mobility.
